Ingredients

For Vanilla Cake:

1 Pack Betty Crocker Super moist vanilla cake
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs

For Whipping Cream Filling:

1 sachet Betty Crocker whipping cream
115ml cold milk
100g cream cheese
For Kunafa Filling:
2 cups kunafa dough
1 cup melted butter

For Garnish:

Dried Rose petals
Betty Crocker Maple Syrup or sugar syrup
Betty Crocker chocolate chip
Baked Kunafa dough

Ingredients

For Vanilla Cake:

1 Pack Betty Crocker Super moist vanilla cake
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs

For Kunafa Filling:
2 cups kunafa dough
1 cup melted butter

Baked Kunafa dough

Method

Heat oven to 160C for nonstick pan.
Grease bottom for baking pan or cover with parchment paper.
Use pan according to your desired cake thickness.
Mix Cake Mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed or beat vigorously by hand 2 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 30 - 33 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
To make Kunafa, in a bowl, mix the kunafa dough and butter until blended equally.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180C until golden brown
Make cream filling by mixing ingredients in a bowl and using an egg beater until mix is all blended
Using a cookie cutter, cut the cake once cooled as desired size.
Using a ring start layering the kunafa cups, first cake layer, then cream using a piping bag, then sprinkle with kunafa, then cream, kunafa, then cream, and garnish with some chocolate chip, kunafa and rose petals
Lastly, add syrup and serve
