Method

In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with milk, eggs, salt, cornmeal, and eggs. Transfer the batter to a tall glass.
Heat the vegetable oil, thread the hot dogs onto skewers, and dip them into the batter. Fry until browned on all sides.
